Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, chargers, and tools to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; please note that high-capacity lithium battery shipping regulations apply.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
